During my experience over the last 7 months with the SlimBody4Life program, I have had many varying results from my class participants and myself, which include:
• Changes in my clients body shape, including 5 or more centimeters off their waist and hips
• Improvements in sleep
• Increased mental alertness
• Improvements in asthmatic conditions
• Skin, hair and nail rejuvenation
• Stress relief
• Increase in energy levels
• Suppressed appetite
• Postural improvements
• General wellbeing and genuine enthusiasm to be breathing more effectively and understanding the benefits and educational process.
All the results I have experienced have been positive and rewarding. I have reinforced to others and myself the essential need for breathing practices for better living. Breathing alone will not answer all needs for fitness and health, it will though act as a strong foundation for some and for others, another extension to an already established discipline. |
