Induction: Setting the Foundation
Before beginning your SlimBody4Life journey and starting Phase One of the Healthy Eating Plan we recommend that you spend a week familiarising yourself with the three phases of the Plan. You will also use this week to record the foods you are currently eating in a Food and Exercise Diary.
This will help you better understand your existing eating habits and the foods you eat. Allowing you to better monitor and identify the changes that occur by undertaking the Healthy Eating Plan as well as understanding any of the lifestyle or personal issues that may influence what you eat.
You will also use The Induction Week, to spring clean the pantry, fridge and freezer and identify some of the foods you should AIM TO EAT LESS OF IN THE FUTURE AND WILL NOT BE EATING OVER THE NEXT 6 WEEKS OF THE EATING PLAN. |
