I underwent my training for SlimBody4Life in September 2003, and since then have instructed three SlimBody4Life two week courses with an average of eight participants in each course.
All participants were delighted with the concept. They experienced a better feeling of wellbeing and improved fitness, more energy, deeper breathing and better sleeping patterns. At least half of my clients have also experienced weight and inch loss in as little as five days.
All were measured at the beginning of the course, and again on completion. One client lost 7 inches off her waist in 5 days and lost 4kg.
Many commented on how much more toned their body felt, even though it was too short a period of time to actually gauge massive changes in body composition. However, it was noted by at least half, that inch loss was experienced.
I am extremely happy with the program as a holistic wellness program, as well as a “fat loss program”.
