The SlimBody4Life movements and poses incorporate standing, lying, kneeling, seated and abdominal exercises and have been designed for overall conditioning and balancing and to treat you body as an integrated whole. You will learn to tone and strengthen your entire body.
The movements and poses are where the oxygen you have breathed meets the body. Once you have flooded your body with a large amount of oxygen you need to direct it throughout your body. The working muscles create tension in the body and the blood that’s carrying the oxygen is transported to these areas of tension. Here your aerobic processes combine the oxygen with your body fat to fuel the activity of your working muscles whilst your body’s cells absorb the readily available oxygen. |
