How it works
The SlimBody4Life Method is designed to enhance our body’s fat burning properties through a unique combination deep breathing, aerobic conditioning, toning and shaping exercises.
The SlimBody4Life Method is a form of aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise is any physical activity that increases your breathing — to draw more oxygen into your lungs — and increases your heart rate — to deliver more oxygen-rich blood to your working muscles. Aerobic exercise thus helps burn fat simply because it demands oxygen, and fat only burns in its presence. The SlimBody4Life Method will ensure your body has optimal amounts of oxygen available to combine with fats to fuel your energy requirements.
SlimBody4Life will teach you to master the connection of your breath, mind and body helping you access the true power of your body and the oxygen you breathe. You will learn to aerobically condition your body, without the high impact of most aerobic workouts helping you burn fat more effectively, whilst activating your metabolism.
In addition, the toning and shaping nature of the SlimBody4Life Method movements and poses will increase your levels of lean muscle tissue and so the speed of your metabolism as your body demands more energy to support this new muscle. This will further help you to burn more calories/kilojoules and so fat even when at rest.
Beyond its fat burning properties, practicing the SlimBody4Life™ program has many other beneficial properties which relate to the fact that every cell in the body requires oxygen to sustain it and help it function efficiently. When we don’t get enough oxygen, we literally strangle our cells.
