I have been involved with the SlimBody4life program for 6 months.
Everyone I have taken through the program has experienced, what I would class as “outstanding” results, the most profound being weight loss.
As a personal trainer, I would say that any weight loss exceeding 2kg per week is too much. SlimBody4Life almost pushes that for some, however generally the weight loss averages around 1kg a week.
Other impressive results that people have experienced are:
• Sky rocketing energy levels
• Improvement in Skin
• Improvement in sleeping
• Decrease in appetite
People are getting very noticeable results in one or two weeks, and losing 2 – 5cm off their waist (sometimes more). The general consensus is that everyone ends up feeling fantastic.
