“I lost 8cm from my waist in two weeks.”*

I participated in a 10 day SlimBody4Life course in Manly, NSW. The course was for an hour each morning. I went along feeling rather skeptical, but was very pleasantly surprised at the results. I had been trying for years for a way to help my ever increasing midriff area without any luck and had resigned myself to the fact that it was ‘middle aged spread’.

Before commencing the course, we all took our body measurements in places ranging from our chest down to our thighs. Each morning we concentrated on getting the breathing technique right and then gradually incorporated a series of exercises based around the breathing. On only the second day of the SlimBody4Life program, I could see a difference in the area immediately below my chest and my stomach twinged every day at the unaccustomed exercise in that area. My midriff reduced daily until after two weeks I had lost a total of 8cm from my waist which was a fantastic result. I lost centimeters also from other parts of my body but my waist had the best result. My work clothes were literally hanging off me.”

I had a wonderful feeling of being energized and of general well being. The other most noticeable change was a big reduction in my appetite. This has continued some five months after the original course and combined with the average 10 – 15 minutes that I practice the breathing, has helped to keep the change of body shape in place.

It is the sort of exercise that doesn’t require a trip to the gym or special equipment at home – all you have to do is breathe! It also doesn’t require long periods of time which most people don’t have in their busy lives.
All in all I feel that the course has changed my life in a very positive manner and I intend to carry on the breathing forever!
